Epworth United Methodist church is a vibrant, intergenerational congregation located in Bethlehem Township, PA. Our worship style is best described as casual-traditional. We love one another, forgive one another, and seek to be a church where people can experience the love of God revealed in Jesus Christ.

Election Day Bake Sale

Election Day Bake Sale – will be held on Tuesday, November 6th.  This is a great opportunity to earn some money for our General Fund.  Please plan to bake and/or purchase some goodies and/or volunteer to handle the tables.  Contact the church office for additional information.

 

 

 

Annual Spaghetti Dinner

Save the date – Saturday, November 3rdJoin us for our annual spaghetti dinner and pie auction.  Dinner is served at 5:30 PM. Auction begins at 6:30 PM. Tickets are on sale.  Adults $10.00, Children 5-10 $5.00, under 5 free.  Contact the church office for additional information.

All proceeds benefit the youth retreats throughout the year.  Pie donations may be dropped off any time after 2 PM the day of the auction.

 

Sunday Morning Worship

We gather each Sunday morning for our 10:45 am traditional worship service.  In addition to a short children’s message, we have a wonderful choral group and occasional soloists.  Nursery is provided for children two and under.  Sunday school is held during services other than the first Sunday of the month.  Join us in praise of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Mission Partner for October – New Bethany Ministries

          During the month of October we will be collecting the following:

          Cleaning products (mops, brooms, buckets, dustpans and cleaning detergents)

          Laundry supplies (detergent, dryer sheets, and bleach)

          Paper products (napkins, tissues, and paper towels)

          Bedding (new twin sheets, new twin blankets, and new pillows)

          Bathroom supplies (soap, bath gels, curtain liners, and new towels)

          Food pantry (non-perishable food, powdered and evaporated milk, hot and cold cereal)

          Baby supplies (diapers size 3, 4 and 5, wipes and formula)

          Adult supplies (Ensure, Boost, feminine hygiene products)

          Gift cards (Walmart, Target, bus passes)

Weekly Holy Time

This is a reminder that Holy Time meets every Tuesday morning at 9:15 am in Fellowship Hall. All are invited to join in for food, fellowship, prayer and a weekly scripture lesson.
