Epworth United Methodist church is a vibrant, intergenerational congregation located in Bethlehem Township, PA. Our worship style is best described as casual-traditional. We love one another, forgive one another, and seek to be a church where people can experience the love of God revealed in Jesus Christ.
Our prayer for you is that you are abundantly aware of God’s unfailing love and unending presence wherever you are on your journey. If you see something of interest to you, please don’t hesitate to call the church office or join us in worship!
We would like to send our group on their mission trip with a nice warm breakfast on the morning of July 31. Their departure time is 7 AM. If you would care to make a donation towards the breakfast, we will need eggs, bread, milk and syrup. Donations of eggs and milk may be placed in the refrigerator no later than Friday, July 29. Also, if you would be willing to help with the clean-up following the breakfast, it would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, you may contact Marilyn Bass or Shirley Pysher. Thank you.
The Book Club will gather 7 PM on Thursday, July 28th. We will be reading Loving Frank by Nancy Horan. All are welcome to join us. If you’d like more information on meeting place, please call the church office.
This Sunday, July 24th is the deadline to sign up for the trip to Lancaster to see the Biblical Tabernacle Reproduction on July 28th. A sign-up sheet is posted on the bulletin board in the Narthex.
A reception for our new members will be held this Sunday, July 24th in Fellowship Hall following the worship service. We hope you will join us in welcoming our newest members.
